Duh, I never saw an official seal of the State of Hawaii on any of the “certificates of live birth”. My families birth certificates have state seals.

I am in Memphis, TN...95% of my co-workers are black. We sit..we talk...they go research what I tell them and they come back and say, "jes dayummmmm...that son-a beyothch gotta go". I am encouraged and a little confident we are on the right track to getting rid of the purple lipped price.
I have looked carefully at both .pdfs and there is no question they are conjured. Neither is generated with a scanner from an original document. Impossible.

Yes, we have seen that. Is there now “proof” that what is ON/IN the birth document is forged/fraudulent?

Your question is a good one, as they certainly have been stringing this thing out so far.
I teach in Memphis, and live in an outlying area. I find Obama is still popular in the black church where I teach kids’ Sunday School and at the college where I teach (about 1/2 black students).
Sheriff Joe is from Massachusetts. He is on a mission. He’ll be safe!
I’m afraid if the BC was forged to protect information sealed in an adoption, we could have both an actual forgery, and it can also be a valid, Hawaiian BC. (Many adopted kids have BC’s that list their adoptive parents, for instance.)
I do hope the proof is the forger admitting it under oath and that he did it under duress or some other nefarious means.. but I am prepared to be disappointed if the forger is some DOH flunky who was told to do it to “protect the legal adoption of little Barry...” so as not to break the all important HI privacy laws. A team of lawyers and a willing press will defend him as long as 80% of the information is accurate.

Sheriff Joe is a law enforcement officer; the question is does he feel there is enough evidence for a prosecutor?
Not even the respected conservatives will talk about it - Levin, Limbaugh...etc. - even Sarah says this is just a “distraction”. Almost everyone veryone is afraid of being marginalized as a “birther”. What an example of the Alinsky rules at work.

Great point. This would really put them behind the 8 ball. I think the CCP has more than that. The SS# on Obam’s taxes probably doesn’t match up to anything legitimate. Sheriff Joe has access to much more than the average person. Hopefully they planned well and left no exit for the ONE.

The HIDOH says they gave, and Team Obama received "X" in bits and pieces. "X" was not a "document.
Team Obama released "Y", a document, to the public.
"Y" does not equal "X"
"Y" is made up of selected bits and pieces digitally pasted up as a document. Again, it cannot be a "Certified Copy of a Birth Certificate" on file in HI, because HIDOH said they gave the lawyer from Team Obama digital data abstracted from their records, not a certified copy of a BC.. .
That's all. And that's enough. The AZ authorities now have to consider this evidence on the BC, and the other documents, i.e., the draft registration and the SS #, and decide whether or not to remove BHO, Jr. (or whomever that is) from the ballot, as is their right. It would force him to sue to be returned to the ballot. That would be making his eligibility a matter for the courts to decide. Or, he could simply choose not to run in AZ.
Should the AZ authorities decide NOT to remove Obama from the ballot, Sheriff Joe, and the United States, are pretty much SOL until Obama is removed by election. Or in an unlikely scenario, other states, based on Sheriff Joe's findings, reconsider his eligibility and remove him from their ballots.

Sheriff Joe’s best chance is if he can get his own state government to listen to him. Take O off from the ballot in all counties in Arizona. That just might force the media to cover what is going on. As soon as report that Arizona has done this then people will start saying “Whats Going On!”
