Part of your problem here is that you are factually challenged. She wasn’t fired, and the uniform isn’t whore, and it wasn’t for him. She had her hours reduced because she refused to wear the cheerleader like uniform for the customers.
this is why he’s going to win the case and all your hyperbole shows you know the facts don’t back you. People backed by the facts don’t need to throw around ridiculous words like “whore” and “pervert” and “pimp” to make their case, they can just quote the article.
And, you've got other facts wrong, too. Courtney Scaramella is not a whore, no matter how many times you sling around that falsehood.

I never said she was a whore, that’s your word. I say she’s a waitress, at a place that changed the presentation of the business to respond to well documented changes in the market place. I don’t think the women who work in these restaurants are whores or dress like whores, that again is entirely YOUR obsession.
I was in her corner all the way up until the lawsuit. I fully support her decision to not wear the new uniforms and seek other employment.

No one is forcing anyone to do anything.
It’s a right-to-work state. She can leave anytime, no notice required, and go work somewhere respectable.
Free markets include the right for people to sell products we find disagreeable.
Yeah, she’s a slave, unable to work anywhere but at a titty restaurant.
