Honestly, what's the point of this post?

They're not going to impeach this guy, not after the Clinton debacle, particularly this close to an election.

Well, we have this little thing called a Constitution, you see. And every officer of government is required to swear to God to defend it.

I’m amazed at how many think supporting the Constitution and thereby keeping the oath is optional.

And then folks wonder why we’re in the mess we’re in.

“What could be more important?”

Getting Obama voted out of office in November!
Your talking about committing political Hari Kari for honor.
The MSM would make the GOP look like the KKK and poor Obama about to be lynched. Chris Matthews would get more than a thrill, he would have an orgasm.

Like I said in the article, this is how great republics die.

With all due respect to Mr. Hoefling, nobama ain’t going nowhere.

Instead of articles like this, Mr. Hoefling should be slamming nobama for his economic record and the fact there are NO jobs. That’s the path to victory in November.

After nobama gets tossed we can debate what sort of crimes he perpetrated and what punishment he deserves.

“Instead of articles like this, Mr. Hoefling should be slamming nobama for his economic record”

Absolutely correct!
The GOP narrative on this is Obama just put 800,000 illegal people to compete against U.S. Citizens for jobs.

A) I'm Tom Hoefling.

B) It ain't the government's job to make jobs.

C) The economy would be fine if government was staying within the confines of the Constitution instead of running up debts this generation cannot possibly repay on unconstitutional programs, regulating everything to death, and choking the life out of the economy.

As Ronald Reagan said, "Government isn't the solution to our problem, it is the problem."

nobama ain’t going nowhere.

If you read carefully you'll see that that was my conclusion, and why.

And posters here are, sadly, confirming that conclusion in spades.

"The undocumented pRes_ _ent is a Constitution-hating Tyrant ... and the greedy Congress, free of ObamaCARE/RomneyCARE too, LOVE him for it."

What' I've been saying for about a year now, is that if the man is occupying the Office illegally (he is), knows that he is doing so and knows that all of the people who have the power/authority to do anything about it know it also, and yet do not act to do anything about it, then he will of course realize that he has virtual carte blanche to do pretty much any unconstitutional thing he's of a mind to, and no one will dare stop him.

Look at his actions over the last three years. Makes perfect sense when you look at it through this lens.

If Tom Hoefling had an ounce of sense, he’d be supporting Virgil Goode.

Obama wants impeachment!

No way in hell would 2/3rds of the senate pass it and this would provide the type of political sideshow that the democrats crave. He is banking on impeachment to try to garner sympathy and take the economy out of the news.

Nah. Virgil has no problem with entitlements, and I “cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article of the Constitution which granted a right to Congress of expending, on objects of benevolence, the money of their constituents,” as the father of the U.S. Constitution, James Madison, said.

“Time for citizens to take action.”

Problem is that most of the citizens are corrupt as well. Nothing will happen to him.

He will become bolder and bolder until the Executive Order will become the defacto law of the land.

Its “over Johnny!” we’ll just have to get use to it.

Why should Obama bother pretending to honor this country? He can do anything he wants. Not one member of Congress has the guts to do anything about it. The Republican party is filled with a bunch of losers.

No question such a cavalier disregard for the Constitution and the concept of separation of powers makes this an impeachable offense.

Well said, Mr. Hoefling.

I think you meant HUGO Chavez. Caesar Chavez is long dead and was the leader of the United Farm Workers Union.

Obozo IS ruling by decree. Romney would be no better.

2012's election is OVER the day that Romney is nominated.

That the GOP RINOs (but we repeat ourselves) are eunuchs goes without saying. Serial liar Myth Romney continues the tradition.

Personally, I don't have a big problem with the immigration itself, especially since there is no practical way to stop it.

I really resent Obozo's method of rule by decree. His persistent habit of bypassing Congress whenever he pleases ought to be impeachable.

It seems to me, you're not just interested in the constitution. You'd rather make a splash to troll for the angry ones on FR, trying to get them to support your silly, irrelevant party.

Thankfully, most of us won't fall for it.

IIRC, Virgil Goode is a good man but he comes to us with Ron Paul's insane isolationist foreign policy courtesy of his Constitution Party and its previous heritage.

Therefore if Virgil Goode (and you) had an ounce of sense he (and you) would be supporting Tom Hoefling.

We may certainly exonerate Virgil Goode of remotely resembling that spineless, lying POS Myth Romney.

A consequence of Zer0’s executive action is it puts further stress on the job market. This type of consequence is always weighed in the deliberative process Congress makes when drawing up new laws. That’s why the Constitution gives Congress the duty of establishing naturalization policy:

Article 1, Section 8:

“The Congress shall have Power...To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization...”

It is the result of taking unconstitutional action that Zer0 has put the job market in such a situation. Zer0 did not want to go through the lengthy legislative process because he wanted the political advantage it would give him with the Latino community. This gives him a quick shot in the arm of his failing political campaign at the sacrifice of his constitutional duty.

By failing his constitutional duty, Zer0 should be impeached immediately. This is not a Bill Clinton moment. This about violating the law.
