Free Republic's Jim Robinson Makes the Turn

punish RINOs in the House
I respect those who are still die-hard for beating Romney, but that is yesterday’s fight. The danger is not in seeming inconsistent–trust me; we left marks all over that Romney fellow, and he will not forget us. Maybe next time we will unseat him like we are about to do to Lugar, and a number of other RINOs. And this is the fight for today: punish RINOs in the House and especially Lugar in the Senate. Tomorrow’s fight is back to the White House to get Obama out of my chair.

their friends could use the help
Those who still toil in the fields of Newt are at great risk of becoming irrelevant, the one thing they must not become. They poke and stab at the bodies of friends and enemies alike from a long-finished battle, while their friends could use the help a valley away, where the fight is now.

to engage on the next fight, disengage from the previous
Jim at Free Republic did the right thing, and must pull his readership back together to allow Free Republic to become once more the hammer of the right. He could stand on the conservative Jihad, stabbing at thee from the heart of Hell etc etc, but the fact is, Freepers need to engage on the next fight, and in order to do that–they must disengage from the previous.

At the risk of upsetting a few people....

Ya’ll can sit on your as* and complain, if you like, but THE PRIMARY was the time to air all of this out. I’m sorry Jesus Christ and Sarah Palin decided not to run, but there you have it.

I KNOW what another four years of Obama means to my daughter’s future, and I am going to work my ass off to get Romney elected. The time for sitting at home and complaining is OVER, FOLKS.

The very future of this nation is at stake. If you can sit idly by, acting like a brat that didn’t get the toy they wanted at Walmart, while the Marxists/Maoists wreck this nation, you don’t deserve to be called an AMERICAN.

Sorry, but I don’t hate my kid enough to damn her with what’s coming if we don’t act.

One of Boling's secret Mittbot supporters came out of hiding yesterday. He's against Cucinnelli ~ in case you had any questions about The Cooch.

We need a big victory next year that takes Boling and the Mittbots in the Virginia Governor's race and tanks them in the caucuses and primaries.

If Romney has lost by then, it'll be just deserts for Boling and that crowd. If Romney won, it'll be a message to him to get his Socialist nonsense back in his Massachusetts briefcase and toss it in the potomac.

I'd prefer an early impeachment, but a late impeachment is OK too.

I'm not all that picky.

Every time I start to falter Romney does something stupid, like having breakfast with Bloomberg.

That kind of scum is hard to wash off!

Our current POTUS is a traitorous bastard bent on destroying this country.

Anybody - and I do mean anybody - who enables the traitorous bastard, through action or inaction, is no different.

There are boards that keep track of the number of people voting for various candidates.

We usually have about 1.5 million people vote in Virginia primaries, or even dull midterm elections.

We had about 15% of that turn out ~ that meant that 800,000 or so votes FOR GINGRICH didn't get counted.

That sort of thing will not be easily forgotten.

Romney really won only a handful of races. He barely got to 50% in the ones he did win.

I am afraid he didn't show the power a candidate really needs, ideologically, or in terms of personal charisma. Obama is an ignorant lout but he at least sounds friendly ~ his peeps will still vote for him. So don't imagine that technical "wins" to get delegates make you a winner.

Suppose you explain a single way, even ONE, in which Romney will do less damage than 0bummer. With a complicit Congress (RINOs and Dims) there is a possibility he could be worse than 0bummer who at least faces a modicum of opposition in Congress.

Sorry. All our lines are busy. If you'd like to leave your name and address we will get back to you later.

I noticed that. But the danger with echo chambers, where disagreement is mocked and ridiculed without thoughtful argument, is that reason can be totally abandoned. I believe that a second Obama term will be a fatal disaster for America regardless of whether Conservatives take both the House and Senate, and here's why...

Many of the new laws enacted in the early, veto-proof half of Obama's term were intentionally worded to grant broad, discretionary powers to unelected cabinet secretaries. Never before has Congress intentionally abrogated its powers to the Executive branch in the texts of its laws. If Obama is re-elected, he will have virtual dictatorial powers in many areas - granted by Congress and enacted in law. And if Obama wins another term, it won't matter if he loses the Senate, since he will veto any Congressional attempt to repeal or override those existing laws.

That is why I will vote for Romney against Obama. I would much rather have a Conservative congress constantly nudging a RINO to the right than fighting a desperate battle against an entrenched Communist with dictatorial powers.

That is certainly possible. That may may also explain why I couldn't care less. Carry on.

The simple truth is as long as we continue t vote for people Obama and Romney things are only going to get worse.

We should demand that we count the votes.

He’s the designated loser who will be chopped, pressed, and formed by the Chicago/0bama thug machine just before they throw him into the sausage grinder. Politically speaking, of course.

My candidates were not placed on the primary ballot because of rule changes imposed by Mittbots stuck in the party machinery. My political posture vis a vis MItt or Mormons is now stuck on the objective of revenge ~ now or later ~ and against all involved.

That's political revenge but I volunteer to impose punishment if there's a conviction after an impeachment.

None of these people get to treat me like a t--d and get away with it ~ NOT EVER!

It IS ABO, your guys and mine did not get the nomination, get that into your hard heads!

Hillary Clinton is "ABO". Would you vote for her if she had an "R" behind her name? Issue for issue her positions are identical to Romney's. In fact, there's not a dime's worth of difference between Romney, Clinton, and Obama -- though Clinton is the only one with an unquestioned natural born citizen status. This "hard head" sees past the "R" and the "D" to what lies beneath. Romney, Clinton, and Obama are all just pawns used for the advancement of socialism and the reduction of our republic. You don't save the republic by advancing your opponent's pawns.

You said” a single way”, so here goes.

ROMNEY UNDERSTANDS HOW BUSINESS OPERATES, Obama does not.
As someone once said, IT”S THE ECONOMY, STUPID!

These people don't get nudged. They simply have no idea that there's a higher world of thought that transcends their petty class conscious socialist nonsense.

Doesn't matter between these two guys which one gets elected. It's a two for the price of one deal, only the price is very, very, very high ~

You do realize that to work off our debt we're going to have to rent out our military forces to local factions.
