I guess we will just have to vote the POS out in Nov. After he’s gone then all this stuff will start to come out. At that point there will be no way to punish the guy. Thats what the courts want. Nobody wants to be the guy who removed the first black president from office.

Really? Isn't that what was done here?

Yes, it has been take apart many times on FR. However, the plaintiffs who brought the Indiana suit never rebutted the intermediate appeals court's silly opinion to the Indiana supreme court. So there it sits.

were never qualified as experts in birth records

__________ __

The plaintiff never brought expert witnesses?

Were the voi dired as experts? were they even offered as experts?

that is insane in ANY kind of case regarding document authenticity.

The plaintiff’s lawyer realllllly screwed up.

Two of the plaintiffs stipulated that Obama was born in Hawaii. Orly’s “evidence” was not found credible.

BT:”He offered a default judgment in favor of the plaintiffs. They preferred to have him rule on he merits of the case.”

But the plaintiffs could not have appealed the decision unless it was heard on merits. And the goal of this case (as far as I could tell) was to provide some sort of precedent toward other states. It looks like Malahi didn’t want any part of that.

Besides, if a default judgment had been made, it would have just escalated the decision to the SOS who would most likely taken the Hawaiian BC at face value.

It was really the only choice they had...

You betcha they will. Those guys have the “R” after their names on the ballot. That means different (i.e., more restrictive, which is what the “R” really means to the courts) rules for them. If you’ve got that D-for-Douchebag after your name, anything goes.

Can you imagine ANY of these judges standing before the Founding Fathers and pulling this crap?

I can’t.

Shame on them. Shame.

What about the fraudulent SSN? Wasn’t that part of the case? Guess I will just continue to pray for divine intervention and hope that what goes around comes around his way - in spades.

The plaintiff’s lawyer realllllly screwed up.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The defendent and his lawyer never showed.
There was no need for the plaintiff to do or show or prove anything. In a normal world, they won by default.
But we are living in an Obozo world.
I’m not arguing that. I replied to a question about how the court could rule in favor of a defendant who failed to show up.
Dissappointed but not surprised.
Obama and his lawyer knew this all of the time. The fix was in. That’s why they didn’t show up.
It will be 50 years before history shows us the truth.
What about the fraudulent SSN?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

See post 74.

Judge: “NO fraudulent SSN. Oh, and make sure you spell my name correctly on the check. Thanks! Case dismissed.”

so they STIPULATED to birth in Hawaii, thus rendering the birth certificate moot

AND(!!!!)

declined the default judgment! Do these lawyers make a habit of just pissing off judges?

1. they should have accepted the default
2. they never should have stipulated.

the judges hands were tied and the letter of the law was followed.

The only good that might come out of this is to convince more people, especially here on FR, what I have known for a long time. The courts in this country are not there to administer justice, they are there to protect politicians, at least those who have the “D” after their name. You won't get justice from the courts. The only thing they do is protect their power base (’Rat politicians), and the voters who put them in power (minorities and other “oppressed” groups).

The court ignored Orly’s evidence because as usual she didn’t establish a proper foundation.

Attorney Hatfield submitted to the court a ‘Notice to Produce’ documents, and on top of the Notice to Produce was for Obama to submit to the court his original birth records from Hawaii. It is a bit disingenuous that this judge that his plaintiffs took Obama’s word at face value.
