I watched this in Orange County last night. Overall, it was a good film.
However, as a Christian and Conservative, I have a problem with Tammy Bruce’s appearance in the film. She is an openly Gay and Pro-abortion and it was wholly inappropriate for the film makers to include her in the film.
Sarah Palin is against both homosexuality and abortion, so it was unwise to have Tammy Bruce in there.
People should rid their lives of sin and then they are welcome to associate with you, right?
maybe, but it’s a big whole huge umbrella of tolerance. Sarah won’t write off people who don’t agree with her. I have read that Governor Palin vetoed a bill prohibiting same sex marriage on the basis that the people in Alaska should decide that question. I liked that.
I like Tammy.
>> “Sarah Palin is against both homosexuality and abortion, so it was unwise to have Tammy Bruce in there.” <<
.
So then you would be outraged if Tammy’s fans were to vote for Sarah Palin?
.
I haven't had the chance to see the film yet. Does Tammy support Sara in it?
If she does,it would be powerful message to the prochoicers and maybe the gay communities that what we have here goes way beyond social issues.
I have an idea, lets link and ban everyone we don’t like for whatever reason if they support Sarah Palin.
Think I will start with you. /s

Bruce’s involvement is not inconsistent with Palin’s inclusive philosophy.
Bruce is one of Palin's closest allies. In fact, supposedly, Palin arranged many of the interviews for the film.
“However, as a Christian and Conservative, I have a problem with Tammy Bruces appearance in the film. She is an openly Gay and Pro-abortion and it was wholly inappropriate for the film makers to include her in the film.”
I can just hear the SNL Church Lady snorting, “Weellll... isn’t that special?” Get over it! I’m a Christian (rabid Baptist — preacher’s kid and former seminary student), and more conservative than conservative, and I love Tammy Bruce. I couldn’t even begin to explain to someone who obviously knows very little about her. I hope she’s Sarah’s Press Secretary.
BTW, don’t be surprised if/when Tammy turns her life over to Christ. She’s on a journey in that direction, now involved in reading C.S. Lewis’ writings. People such as yourself reflect badly on Christians; we’re supposed to love the sinner, even if hating the sin.
If you are not ‘perfect’ you should not be supporting Palin [or any Conservative] either. /s
Comments like yours just turn my stomach. Sounds like your study of The Word is a little lacking.
Just my humble opinion.
