Why would that be a felony? It was not presented in a court of law or anything. I could doctor mine up and post it on the internet. No law broken.

Perhaps; I am not a lawyer. Still, it seems very unlikely to me that anybody would go there, or even put his name and signature under a forgery as that “state registrar” Onaka apparently would have done if it wasn’t real. Sure, it is possible. Just very unlikely, I believe.

This whole PDF-layer theory does not hold water, either. That does not mean it couldn’t be a forgery, it’s just that this layer thing is no evidence for a forgery.

If they hired a professional forger, like the guy who made the Hitler diaries 30 years ago, he would do it on paper, not in Photoshop. The guy who wrote the Hitler diaries was so good that the first professional experts who evaluated them were fooled, independently, even though they had the actual books in their hands, on paper! It’s just that so far, there is absolutely no evidence that any of this happened, so I consider it to be very unlikely.

This is something I didn't know before.

COLB supposedly released by the White House has the number 151 **1961** 10641 .

The so-called “official” birth certificate, released yesterday, has the number 152 **61** 10641.

One has “61” and the other is “1961”?????

One of these must be a forgery. Both numbers should be identical but are not. Why would Obama and his minions post any forgery whatsoever? Why should we believe anything coming from Obama?

I know what you are talking about- but that does not apply to the ‘layers’ in this specific document- have you seen the video of someone moving the text around?

I wonder about that too. My two children were born in different states, but both certificates have weight, lbs & inchs plus length on them. There are no footprints on the ones filed in the States records, unless they are on the back and I only get copies of the front. I did receive rather decorative paper birth certificates when I left the hospital with them and those had foot prints.

The whole issue of BO’s birth records has been made suspect by this long drawn out mess and nothing he produces at this point will be viewed by everyone as the definitive document. I believe this is just a part of his plan to cause upheaval in our country...and he is succeeding ever so well. There is no other logical explanation.

VI. The central natural born citizen issue
With these two points addressed we turn now to the central issue of whether the respondent Obama is a “natural born citizen” within the meaning of Art. II, Sec. 1, Cl. 5 of the Constitution. If the plaintiff Hollister could have shown that the respondent Obama does not meet that eligibility requirement under any set of facts he could prove in support of his claim that the respondent Obama does not meet that requirement then the Rule 12(b) (6) dismissal was an error of fundamental importance to the entire rule of law in this country. If proven true those allegations mean that every command by the respondent Obama and, indeed, every appointment by the respondent Obama, including the appointment of the members of this and every other court may be only de facto but not de jure. Further his signature on every law passed while he occupies the Oval Office is not valid if he is not constitutionally eligible to occupy that office de jure. Thus it is not hyperbole to state that the entire rule of law based on the Constitution is at issue
Moreover, it would indicate that the respondent Obama ran for the office of President knowing that his eligibility was at the very least in question
There are two factors that are at issue if the allegations of the complaint are taken as true in relation to the “natural born citizen” eligibility requirement. The first is the location where the person was born. Was it in the United States? The second factor is was the birth in the United States to two parents both of whom were citizens of the United States? The district court was required to examine both of these factors but chose to avoid examining either.

Until I find something more, there's a lot there.

That whole story -- the lawyer, the special treatment of Obama's certificate -- is troubling on many levels. Could be part of the misdirection of a con.

Richard Fernandez deals with some of the marks of a con in progress, but he is also of mixed resolves on the Birther issue, in any case he is worthwhile to read and has a fine mind and ability to see beyond the dust cloud of mob consensus:

Hard-core skeptics of Obama should take comfort in the fact that if the birth certificate is a cover-up, every cover-up leaves tracks often more obvious than the original hidden fact.
