Hmmmmm: Trump to Make 8 Visits in NH Next Wednesday

This is something that will get the political world's tongues wagging. It appears that for all of the talk that Donald Trump may not be serious, Charles Krauthammer may just be right. Donald Trump may have not made any formal announcement, but he's making the moves of someone running for President next year.

And one of the states that he would probably have to win in (or at least have a good showing) is New Hampshire. The Granite State is holding their primary next February and Trump is already polling fairly well there. As a matter of fact, the real estate mogul hit 20% in a recent poll, and is within six points of Romney.

Now we get this word from the New Hampshire paper the Union Leader. According to an article on their website, Trump not only plans to come to the state-- he's making a tour of it.

I wish they would stop with all the coy speculation already...

He may or may not run. He is going to NH to test the waters... this is not breathless news~!!!!

But they keep on with this “will he ‘announce’ yet?!?!?’ as if it is the scoop of the century if he does.

Once you officially become a candidate there are legal ramifications. For example, TV networks are required by law to give ‘egual time’ to all candidates.

If they put Trump on TV at any time at all they would have to let all other candidates have that same amount of time. So his hour long “you’re fired” show (I dont know the name, never watched it) would require an hour long for all other candidates...So no one would let him on TV any more at all.

I think Kraut is right, The Donald is in. I didn’t really think so until I heard Trump called Krauthammer on the phone. Why would he bother to court Kraut if he was not seriously going to run? Its going to be a very interesting year.

I read that if he announced, he would not be doing Apprentice anymore. I also read that is why he was going to wait til this season of his show was finished, before he announced one way or another.

I’ve been saying he was in since I heard him on Michael Savage in January. I don’t get the skepticism.

Well I think you are right Trumps’ going to run. He has sized up the possible field and its weak. Plus he has seen how well he is doing in the preliminary polls. Personally I like Bachmann and Cain but if Donald gets in it he is going to suck all the air out of the room. It would not suprise me at all if he sailed to the GOP nomination. We are in very strange times right now.

THIS POST IS BS.
Obviously, RomneyPROP.

Krauthammer is right? Not since before he became
Mondale's, and the DNC's, rumpswab appointed to
become a GOP poser.

Romney is ahead? Not on this planet.

Coward Romney (Soros,Mexico)skipped the Massachusetts anniversary
party for his tyrannical RomneyCARE.
Was the Mittster in Mexico hiding his birth certificate?

He’s better than Romney. And everyone else, except Palin, is a Lilliputian.

At least at this moment, for me Trump is the ANTI Romney, McCain, Huckabee, et al. A beacon leading the way for Conservative presidential candidate wannabees. In essence, saying: Look, let me show you what it will take to win in 2012.

Romney is “ahead” in NH (insofar as that means anything at this early date) largely because of name recognition and the fact that he owns a big house (a 12-acre estate) in Wolfeboro on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Where has Romney been the last 2 years besides silent????

If the Republicans want to lose for sure, then run Romney.

Romney = McCain 2

Just bumping this thread looking back at 2011 when it appeared that Trump was planning his run (and a fairly good response from Freepers from the start)

And I’m proud of my post #7 because I picked up on his intentions back in January of 2011.

What a journey.
