Trump's Straight Talk: 'If anyone is going to take over oil in Iraq it’s going to be the US'.
Christian Broadcasting Network News ^ | March 30, 2011 | David Brody, Chief Political Correspondent

Donald trump DOES NOT mince words. Check out the video below from a recent interview he did with the conservative publication Human Events. Go 4:58 into the video.

Read below the video for the transcript.

(VIDEO AT LINK)

Donald Trump: I look at what’s going on in Iraq. My prediction is as soon as we leave Iraq will explode and Iran will take over Iraq and they’ll take over the oil in Iraq and if anyone is going to take over the oil in Iraq it’s going to be the United States. It’s not going to be Iran.

Be honest. You’re intrigued about Donald Trump running for president. C’mon, admit it. You like his blunt talk and you’re willing to give him a look right?

The folks over at the “Should Trump Run” website believe “The Donald” should get in. Their website is getting major traffic. They’ve got some pretty fascinating videos, including Trump sitting at his office desk unloading on the events of the day and calling it as he sees it.

Try to imagine Mr. Obama saying that. I can't either.

This must be what O’Reilly is hyping for tomorrow night’s segment of his interview with The Donald.

Frankly - I’m sick of us creeping around like some hobbled giant - giving away all we’ve got and hope to have trying to buy likability. It’s absurd and Trump knows it.

You can bet The Donald won’t be running around the world bowing and apologizing.

I agree with this talking toupee. The Chinese and the damn Fwench just swooped in and took the oil contracts that American soldiers and their allies paid in blood. Time to turn it into a US territory.

Trump can say whatever he wants to say. If he was serious about getting into polticis he would run for mayor of NYC or the Senate. His “presidential” candidacy is going nowhere.

What, Trump is new with the tea party because he suddenly started acting like he cares about the birth certificate?

Wante John Kerry to win in 2004—doesn’t sound right.

And Trump thought Hillarycare was a good idea. Can’t get past that.

Donald will bow and apologize like you’ve never seen, if it will get him money or power.

Trump has no real principles.

He told Larry Kudlow this last week. He gave the old news to BO as a leftover

What really gets me about Trump, is how Limbaugh talks him up so much.

Trump = Hillarycare, but Limbaugh favors Trump? Just doesn’t add up. Starting to doubt, big time.

Every Trump interview, he’s railing how ‘America Gets Screwed.’ He particularly hates China and OPEC.

I’m not sure I could vote for him, but I think he will be a good addition to the debates - because America has been weakened under Obama. And Trump will rightly hammer this home.

Trump is making the stuffy old Republicrooks look stupid. I think they like being minority and getting a fair share of the Loot. Even though the Crats get the largest split they do not have to do anything for it. The strategery is really dumb and the Crats are running rings around them. We worked our butts for 2 years to get them elected FOR THIS! ARGHHH!

"You can bet The Donald won’t be running around the world bowing and apologizing."

I believe that.

And, he meets the minimal level of (and I'm coining this term) "The New US Assertiveness" on the world stage.

Screw this stuff about losing thousand of our best so that "oil can flow freely to market".

It's time for "If we take it, it's ours".

I call it the "Mariner Doctrine" :)

For a guy like Trump, starting as mayor would be like working as the front desk clerk at one of his hotels.

He didn’t call his book “Think Big and Kick Ass” for nothing...

Hillarycare is dead issue. Here is Trump's view of Zerocare:
"Obamacare is unconstitutional and should be repealed"
This is from the CNS News service.

I know Trump has been all over the place on the issues, but would it be too much to get some current quotes on current issues? It's fine to point out his past positions, but could we get some current positions too? If you think he's insincere now, say that. But don't just give his current views the silent treatment.

I myself still need to be persuaded by Trump (especially on judges, and the prolife position is a recent change), but let's give the man his say, and quote current positions as well as old ones.

Well, then maybe he needs to lead the allied invasion of Europe—successfully. Otherwise, with no stepping stone between here and there, he’s a single digit primary elction candidate. Ron Paul will double his vote total.
