Wow! Who could've seen this coming?!

How much am I supposed to care about what happens to these liberals?
To: 2ndDivisionVet
McCarthyism is the Left's bogeyman, but they have no problem with practicing it themselves.

Mara now put on public notice that NPR is a jealous pimp.
So she has to choose which side of the street to work.

NPR code of ethic:
1. Be a Marxist.
2. Be mind-numbingly boring.
3. Be a Marxist and mind numbingly boring at the same time.

The blowback towards NPR is already happening.
Personally, I’d like to thank the Leftwingnuts that are behind this. The timing is PERFECT for the election in 12 days.
If they can do this to Williams and Liasson...well, they won’t have any problem coming after those of us that post here, and in other Conservative forums.
12 days, and man I’m pissed off now.

I’m wondering whether she should quit or stand up to them and tell the world how she feels and let NPR fire her too.
She’s really in a position now, where she can’t just sit back and pretend that nothing is happening.

I can’t stand either of them......lay down with dogs, wake up with fleas. They get what they deserve.

Soros funds Media Matters and now he funds NPR.
Not one dime of tax dollars should go to NPR

Although I say the same thing...once they’re done ideologically puring their own side remember that they attempt the same with us next.

If she gets shown the door by angry Leftists, I propose that we start a grassroots effort to oust another Leftist from NPR -- a pure Leftist. We could say that they were not Leftist enough. Perhaps their recent statement "Obama is a great president" could be seen as insufficiently worshipful of the president and therefore they should be fired.
This could be a fun game.

Today Firing Line would never be on NPR.

She’ll choose NPR. She’s already so cautious of what she says on Fox, it’s obvious she’s uncomfortable there.

Well, just let NPR try to fire me. :)
To: 2ndDivisionVet
wait --- isn't everyone who works for NPR a card carrying leftist?
Besides Garrison Keiler, that is.
To: 2ndDivisionVet
I wonder what NPR’s official comment will be on accepting $1 million from a self admitted Nazi collaborator.

Does anyone know if there are other NPR journalists working in TV on MSNBC or CNN perhaps?

I don't know how much you should care, but the fact that a government supported institution will terminate someones employment over his thoughts worries the heck out of me. CNN firing Rick Sanchez was a business decision. NPR firing Juan Williams IS censure ship.
