His first impulse was to mock proving again that he is a fool, nothing better.

The mere presence of that sh!tstain in the Senate is testimony to the dangerous joke that place has become.

I believe Al is a thief, a crook, a liar, an immoral bastard, a worthless POS, a idiot, and a evil S*&T. I don’t care if he is sorry.

A sorry excuse for a human being, much less a US Senator.

Really something to be proud of for those Minnesotans who felt that Norm Coleman just wasn’t smart enough, good enough and doggone it, people didn’t like him.

OMG, no wonder Washington Post is in the toilet. Did you read those comments over there? Good grief, is that really the caliber of people the Post is aiming toward?

The voters of Minnesota must also be sorry they elected Franken to the Senate. They must have thought that Franken’s stand up comedy would have entertained them from the Senate.

Minnesota does not need a court jester in the Senate. Until they get serious, the joke will be on their sorry state.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for forgiveness, and he did apologize. So this issue is pretty much done, I guess. But now I want to know how many more apologies would it take before Minnesota realizes what many of us in the country already know....

I suspect Minnesota is about to elect a Democrat governor who won't be the least bit interested in preventing tax hikes as Pawlenty did in his time. The majority of Minnesotans will likely reelect Franken if he runs again in four years. Heck, with Democrats controlling the state we will deperately need people like Franken to bail us out of financial catastrophe.

So you see, it's a symbiotic relationship.

It all averages out. The Republicans had Reagan, an entertainer who moved into state and national politics. The Democrats have Franken, a legend in his own mind.

A Minnesota judge threw out the law so Franken could win. That judge wasn't tarred and feathered, so anything goes in this state. The majority probably aren't sorry about Franken.

Wow!

Honestly, what does Minnesota have to say for themselves? They gave us a senator who talks and acts like the ventriloquist dummy that he looks like more than than the statesman he should be.

I don't really think Minnesota gave us this moron. I think he stole it by going to court so many and getting favorable rulings from idiot judges (just like CA judges!)

Al Franken will never be an adult. He will backpedal when he gets called out for looking exceptionally stupid but he will continue to be a horse’s patoot for the rest of his life.

Thanks to SEIU and Democrat operatives Franken stole the election and is an embarrassment to Minnesota. I can’t wait for Franken to face angry Minnesotans when the EPA bans wood and corn pellet burning stoves, the UN gains control of Minnesota fishing and the Mayo Clinic refuses to accept Medicare patients.
