Something very disturbing happened today on FOX. Glenn Beck who has, for the most part, steered clear of jihad, sharia and Islamic supremacism put his toe in the water and for the first time since I started fighting the long war, I got nervous.
Beck just called Wilders a fascist, and far-right.
He also mixed up Dominique de Villepin with Jean Marie Le Pen.
What is he doing?
Why would he stigmatize Wilders this way? Wilders is the embodiment of what our founding fathers extolled. Individual rights. Freedom of speech. Not sharia law.
Was Beck saying that the UK was right to ban Wilders in the interest of "community harmony?" And the fact that he was allowed to enter the UK last week was a dire sign?
He runs videos of the riots in Greece but never runs the Muslim rampages throughout Europe.
Beck is out of his depth in this. You cannot get up to speed on Europe in one crash course. The Islamic/left wing fringe is everywhere but what right fringe is he talking about in Europe? It can't be Le Pen, he is nowhere. Is this going after SIOE, the EDL?
Is this going to be be Beck's narrative? If so he is wrong. And he ought to be silent t until he learns everything.
Beck could destroy the freedom movement in Europe -- and the US -- if he erroneously stigmatizes it as fascist. The little green monster is one thing, and Glenn Beck is another.

Yeah - but is it objective truth or ‘his’ truth - that is the question posed here! IMH.
I believe both Beck and Geller are walking on egg shells here. On one hand, you have Beck warning of the return of facism in Europe, and on the other hand, you have people actually denying that no such thing is occurring.
Someone should ask Beck, personally, and nicely, to do a little research and retract that accusation. Wilders has gone to great lengths to separate and distance himself from people like Le Pen. Pamela Geller would seem to be a good choice, or an ally of hers who knows Beck.
I like Beck most of the time, but don’t think he’s a genius (just watch his shock jock radio days on youtube). So I think he spends much of his time trying to show everyone he is smart, and then he screws up by mixing things up like you described above.
The Fox all stars (Charles and Bill) today said the same thing. Must be Fox policy. These people do not get it.

Silly me, I thought he was just trying to counter the influence of Islamic domination in his own country.
Maybe both Beck and FOX should be taken with a grain of salt. Geert Wilders is the Lech Walesa of the Netherlands—the whole of Europe is overrun with muzzies with blood in their eyes screaming for their Shar’ia Law, and Wilders has defied them despite the constant death threats and imprisonment.....I don’t understand this at all.
What happened to Beck? He was very very hard on Islam on the radio and on CNN. Seems like he changed his tune at Fox /Saudia News. Beck’s new boss the Saudi billionaire must be unhappy.
Who exports Islam and muslim people to the west and builds the mosques before they get there (like malls are built to bring in more houses)? Muslim Brotherhood funded by The Saudis! MB is global and Hussein has their moles all through the US Govt now.

Why does every single dang person have the same worship of Glenn Beck that the left has of Obama. It’s a sick way to go about your life. Man is man, and woman is woman. We all have are faults. Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Dr. Michael Savage, and Glenn Beck are men not God. Just a reminder.
It is the Saudi investment in Fox talking. 7% but I bet it is a lot more than that plus a line of credit probably in the tens of billions.
Carl Icahn had lots of influence in companies he bought stakes as low as 5%.
