Not on the list though, because I guess he’s not considered a “czar” is Harry Knox, appointed by Obama to his Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnership. He decided part of his outreach to religious institutions was to attack the pope and Catholics accusing them of harming people in Africa by opposing condoms.
It’s a fair bet the Catholic Church is caring for more AIDS patients worldwide than Harry Knox ever did. And besides that, a study by a Harvard professor backed up the pope that condoms make the problem worse, not better.
