In 2003 he was railing against the "huge deficits that George W. Bush was running up and predicting doom and gloom. Now he is trying to figure out what why there is so much hype about budget deficits. Keeping in mind that budget deficits under Bush were around 3% of GDP and under Obama they are around 11%. This guy is suffering from a split personality. Take a look at the differing opinions he offers which are apparently based more on politics than fact.

Krugman is a mouthpiece for the Wall Street establishment and their cozy relationship with big government.
The fix was in. Unfortunately it is all falling apart. But if he doesn’t keep to the story then he gets implicated. The big boys have to keep playing the game if they hope to escape.

I can explain why Krug says deficits were terrible under Bush, but much bigger deficits are good under Obama. It's simple. Because Democrats plan on blaming both deficits on Bush.
Haven't you seen Obama show 'concern' over 2009 and 2010 deficits? He does that "I inherited..." act. Think of EVERY day as Obama's first day on the job.

I have noticed he a beedy little eyes that dart around and he figits when on TV. Looks like he is lying by his body language. Personally he is a partisian hack masquarding as a paid economist for the Old Gray Hag.
