First, sorry for the delay in this post. What a couple of weeks I have had and that has kept me away from the computer and being able to complete things I promised. The last post showed graphically my Fall and Winter Outlook. Today, I provide you with some specifics for a few key cities in the eastern half of the U.S.

TOPICS: Gardening; Outdoors; Weather
KEYWORDS: autumn; fall; outlook; winter
Here is the latest regarding the fall and winter outlooks I provided nearly two weeks ago. Sorry for the delay. I have had a funeral to attend and then to came back to working extra hours to cover for the station's chief meteorologist. Back now on my normal schedule. Thanks again for your interest in my posts and in the weather and if there is anything your are interested in learning more about just shoot me a message.

Good.

I wish I could be there in the winter. Around these parts 0.5" shuts down the city.

No that is not normal. That is more than twice the annual normal amount.
