Bin Laden Sends the US a "Rosh Hashana" Message/Calls Charlie Sheen a Liar

The Jewish New Year, the Holiday of Rosh Hashana begins this Friday and the Head of Al Qaeda did not want it to go by without sending a message to people of the the United States, and the Jews who he says control foreign policy.

The tape of Obama's latest diatribe was posted on al Qaeda affiliated Web sites on 9/13, two days after the eighth anniversary of the 2001 suicide plane hijackings.

The strange thing is that Bin Laden said Americans had failed to understand that al-Qaida carried out the attacks in retaliation for U.S. support for Israel. If America reconsiders its alliance with the Jewish state, al-Qaida will respond on "sound and just bases." Its as if he was calling Van Jones and Charlie Sheen liars, they say they have proof that George Bush planned the attack on 9/11.

Right after 9/11 al Qaeda gave many reasons for the attacks on the US, but recently changed the blame to Israel and the Jews, something that helps him recruit more Muslims into his ranks.

Many of the Obama advisers and friends are busy trying to re-write history, and control of Israel is a big part of that. They are using the same argument in this country to return the land to the Indian tribes who lived here before the European migrations.

I was trying to explain to a poster, over the week-end, that the treaties that the Indians signed with the British were null and void because the Indians sided with the losing side in the Revolutionary War and that the Shinnecock tribe had little hope of regaining possession of the Hamptons.

It’s much the same with the Palestinians. The were on the losing side of the Six Day war, and whether or not the Jews were there first (I believe they were)the Palestinians forfeited their rights by choosing the wrong side in the war.

That's what I believed from the very beginning. IMO, those on the political Right who said that OBL "attacked us for our freedoms" are almost (but not quite) as mistaken as the POS Charlie Sheen. I knew it was our friendship w/ Israel that fermented OBL's hatred for US, but TOO BAD. Israel is a friend to the US & they have just as much of a right to exist as we do.

bin Laden is in face-saving mode. In 2001, he demanded a return of Andalusia (the Iberian Peninsula, on which continental Spain and Portugal are located). He also spoke about being radicalized by the presence of U.S. troops in the holy land, by which he meant Saudi Arabia. He started to talk about Israel in the months following, detecting he was getting political resonance in the Western media and anti-Semitic intelligentsia, but at first, it was used just an example of Western / “Crusader” evil. Now, he says he’ll be happy just with Israel... even though he previously seemed to ignore the whole nonsense about Al Aqsa being in Jerusalem.

1). It’s not Osama bin Laden. He’s been cave paste for years.

2). This week, 9/11 was because of The Joooos. Last week it was something else. The raggies have zero cred. Especially since they’ll never admit it was because of simple, old-fashioned hate.

3). In the end, it doesn’t matter what the contrived motive was. There’s no excuse for murdering 3000 innocent people.

Were there people that didn't know this to be the case? It's exactly what I told my Maylaysian co-worker after the second plane flew into the tower. The look she gave me was kind of odd. I couldn't tell if it was because she was surprised I "knew" it, or because she had never thought of our support for Israel being the cause of the Arab world's hatred for us.

Not really. The “Catherine Zeta Jones” rule works OK, but sometimes the “I’d hit it” and “not guilty” stuff goes over the line. We want to keep the web site family-friendly.
