This from the same people who can’t tell with a very high degree of certainty whether it will rain tomorrow, or not.

Let Schneider debate Professor Lindzen of MIT - he will get his a$$ handed to him.

Did anyone tell this idiot that Australia just set a record for its lowest temperature in recorded history ? How is that possible in his models ? Or is that something else he cannot explain.

They have been thinking that as long as I have observed them and they have very few mainstream climate scientists who publish original research in climate refereed journals with them--a petroleum geologist's opinion on climate science is a as good as a climate scientists opinion on oil reserves. So petitions sent to hundreds of thousands of earth scientists are frauds.

Global Warming Professor boasts he could 'slaughter skeptical scientists in public debate!'

In his dreams. All he has to do is continue to be a cretinous horse's ass, dropping Gorean phrases like 'the science is settled' and there is a 'scientific consensus' that anthropogenic global warming is the only game in town, lie about and distort the facts a lot and hope people don't detect his political blinders.

Schneider was one of my Profs when I was in graduate school. Back then, he was preaching Global Cooling. I think that he discovered that there was a lot more money in Global Warming.

He was one of the first guru’s of climate models, NCAR had a brand new Cray that was his pride and joy. I contributed some really junk data to that model. Probably still there today.

Ask Schneider about sun spots. That would annihilate any of his claim of annihilation from the get go.

“The evolution of the scientific debate about anthropogenic [man-caused] climate change illustrates both the value of skepticism and the pitfalls of partisanship.”

“Scientists are most effective when they provide sound, impartial advice, but their reputation for impartiality is severely compromised by the shocking lack of political diversity among American academics, who suffer from the kind of group-think that develops in cloistered cultures.

Until this profound and well documented intellectual homogeneity changes, scientists will be suspected of constituting a leftist think tank.”

“On the left, an argument emerged urging fellow scientists to deliberately exaggerate their findings so as to galvanize an apathetic public...”

“Conservatives have usually been strong supporters of nuclear power. .. Had it not been for green opposition, the United States today might derive most of its electricity from nuclear power, as does France; thus the environmentalists must accept a large measure of responsibility for today’s most critical environmental problem.” ~ Kerry Emanuel - MIT

Global Warming Professor boasts he could 'slaughter skeptical scientists in public debate!'...not so surprising - during the middle ages they used to burn those arrogant enough to insist the world was actually round and not the center of the universe at the stake......

Steven Schneider quote:

“We need to get some broad based support,
to capture the public’s imagination...
So we have to offer up scary scenarios,
make simplified, dramatic statements
and make little mention of any doubts...
Each of us has to decide what the right balance
is between being effective and being honest.”

The Needs of Many put together a comprehensive list disproving man-made global warming.

I’ve had a ton of requests for more global warming information. I don’t focus on it as much as I did at the previous site, but I’ve started a link list to help you find global warming info quickly. I’m avoiding blog posts in the links wherever possible to maintain its integrity, but many blogs have helped in my research … especially GatewayPundit.

While I know man-made global warming to be a myth, Earth was warming for nearly a century due to natural cycles. That warming trend has ended for now, and we are currently cooling. Cooling, by the way is far more dire.

This information is not intended to be an attack on clean technology, or anti-pollution measures. We’ll take those issues on an individual basis, because some are good suggestions while others are asinine.

Please enjoy, and feel free to contribute to the list in the comments.

The difference between computer models and actual field data are tremendous. The IPCC computer model is flawed, because the field data does not back up its findings. I would also like to add when CO2 was as much as 12 times higher, in earlier history prior to when man was on the planet, it was colder than now. Man contributes about 0.3% to CO2 emissions most C02 comes from other places. (animals, bio mass, etc.)

This won't be a debate.

Dr. Roger Pielke Sr will shout down or talk over any comments made by anyone else.

It's the way of the Disciples of Global Warming. If you disagree, you need to be silenced.
