No rain forecast here today but it was pouring when I got up. When I checked the forecast it said there was a slight chance of rain. IOW, they don’t seem able to tell if its raining right now.

My thoughts exactly, I cannot get an accurate 12 day forecast. but they want me to believe they can predict with certainty what will occur in 30 years?
