If on US soil, I can kind of understand a refusal to comply with a "suggestion".Oh BS. I guess you were NEVER in the military. Nobody is going to shoot unarmed people. These camps are at points of legal entry. The "asylum" seekers have to be HELD there and not released. Nobody is refusing to do anything.

Nor did you read where DOD told DHS that they wouldnt build the tents so dont ask, and DHS removed their request. Mattis and the military dont like the border mission. The question is - are they lawful orders? If they are, that’s pretty much the end if it.
