Can American be sure that our politicians are fair game for prosecution?

If the Email revelations of Julian Assange, aka Wikileaks and the DNC Emails hacks bring down the DNC so to speak in the eyes of the populace, is is possible they would submit to prosecution for their illegal and evil deeds?

If the two-party system retreats behind the moat (MSM) and draws the gate and hunkers down to ride it out protecting their own, assuming these Email revelations show they need to go to jail for broken laws what are ordinary American's Options:

** Can ordinary American's make citizen arrests for members of congress, the senate and ultimately the President HERSELF?

** Is there an agency of the USG that can come in and make arrests without political oversight?

** Would organizing thousands of protesters on the Mall in DC to bring criminals to justice be effective?

Is there a similar situation known in American History where the inner workings of a political party (or other public organization, or business) engaged in the lawlessness of the Clintons? If so, how can that be used to prosecute her (DNC as well) using the "Will of the People"?

Final question, just a random thought. What if Conservatives or Anti-Corruption-Government Protesters chose to emulate the BLM protestors and destroy property - what do you think would happen?

What’s this “submit to” horse $h!t??

You get charged and prosecuted whether you “submit” to it or not..

This is an interesting ploy- “Elect us anyway, and we’ll let you prosecute us afterwards”

You can bet your boots that if Trump wins the election the anti-American Obama will be issuing pardons willi-nilli in massive numbers.

If Obama is breaking laws in concert with the DNC then maybe a court would overturn any and every Pardon since it would be RICO.

Political PARTIES must be prosecuted if a criminal case can be proven. But parties consist of individuals...what individual(s) serve the prison time? All of the top layer, just the titular leadership, some mid-level functionaries who had knowledge of everything and dotted the i’s and crossed the t’s without the leaders’ prior knowledge (think Bridgegate)?

If she gets elected and is shown to be the criminal she is, all that will happen is the GOP will ask for your money/donations so they can stop her (read they will do nothing)

I think you are 100% right, and will include Joe Biden. My question would be, can he pardon himself, or does he resign in January, and let Joe Biden pardon him too?
