A San Diego porn actress has dropped her $500,000 assault lawsuit against reality TV personality Josh Duggar amid evidence that her claims were fabricated.
Duggar's lawyer calls the accusations in Ashley Stamm-Northup's lawsuit "entirely fictitious." SNIP

People are so sick today... Josh shouldn’t have gotten into what he did, and how it was handled might not have been the best Christian witness on earth, but he also sure didn’t do anything the world doesn’t fantasize about. It’s as old as the shame in the garden of Eden.

IMO if you lie to press charges or file a lawsuit, you should immediately be responsible for laying the amount of the lawsuit or serving the time for the false offense you reported.
Falsely claim you are raped and you get sentenced to the same amount of time that person would have gotten if proven guilty.
Sue someone for $500K based on a lie and you OWE that person $500K.
Enough of these people ruining lives and then “OH, my bad” when they are exposed as frauds.
People forget that in the 70's, it was quite common to offer dates drugs like quaaludes specifically to get in the "mood." Both parties understood what it was for, just like both parties understood what offering a drink was for. That's why no one said anything about it for so long.
Now, with micro-aggressions and triggerings and multi-step permissions for college kissing, the previous use of drugs is deemed horrifying. And its easy to lie about - the drug use is admitted, and all the woman has to say is that she woke up compromised and didn't remember consent. Well what she's leaving out is the little fact that she took the drug AS consent, so as to have sex, deliberately, in a fog. That's what people did, for that reason, on purpose. Just like alcohol, in fact.
So that's why I can say that ALL Cosby's accusers are liars. IMO, they're being paid off to take him out because he was going to get a new TV show, and he encourages blacks to get off government dependency and grow up. My "proof" is the #blacklivesmatter crap - it's a violent cut through our culture the Left wants to use right now for the election.
So there might be fifty accusing women, but there's only one op.
Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men (and women). The proverbial Shadow knows. And it’s not telling. Well, except that it is telling.
Go to the Urban Dictionary and browse, and one would see that 90% of it seems to be about perverted sexual themes. They have a minority of things that aren’t sexual there (and they can be amusing even in a clean way) but it’s like Freud gone wild most of the time.
We might never know every way the famous comedian brought, um, glee to himself or others. Doubtless there are people who get a buzz out of imagining being hit on by Josh, or Cosby, or whatever. It’s just a mess. We ought to be more concerned with pushing the devil out of the picture than about catching people on one more act of lechery. The devil is getting the last laughs so far.
I might reluctantly agree that society itself has gotten so cosmopolitan-compromised on the issue, that it isn’t even competent any more to adjudicate such things. The attempt is rank hypocrisy.
Which might sound like a victory for the devil, but that has an odd way of backfiring on Old Scratch. People start to remember that they need God when immersed in a world of wild wickedness. And being His stubbornly gracious God that He is, He answers the prayers of desperation even though it took that kind of rottenness to provoke their utterance.
We are reaching the end of society to save itself. But God does not miss a beat here. When society can’t save itself, sometimes it thinks again to reach out to God for salvation.
She is extremely attractive and would be easy to go for in a moment of weakness if you’ve had a couple drinks.
Slander has consequences, and whores' lies matter.
