that is the sad, sad truth
I worry about martial law, too. I saw (here?), though, that there is no federal election. It is a collection of 50 state (plus territory) elections. Even some Dem governors would discover a spine when faced with federal usurpation of state powers.
I fear the lame duck session. I fear more an unrestrained Marxist who hates America. I would not wish that on my son or his yet-unborn children, and I would never leave him with even the possibility of that kind of tyranny. I will NOT be AWOL.
You rock. A heck of a lot more than this lame Olympics finale...
2012 - THE END OF AN ERROR!
” I’ll fight for someone’s right to worship a stone statue of a dog as long as they weren’t out to do others harm. “
So will I.
I will also fight for your right to state your opinions and reactions to the same stone dog worshipers including the right to say they are mislead, a cult, just plain wrong or even just plain nuts.
Some of them? Hell, today it looks like all of them are posting here along with at least half of the Kos kids.
No he hasn't, I don't recall him ever saying that his 60 years of political beliefs and actions before announcing his presidential run in 2006, were mistakes, or him apologizing for them.
When did Mitt say his pro abortion activism, fund raising and legislation were mistakes, or his pro-homosexual agenda commitment, or his anti-gun stance, or leaving the GOP because of Reagan winning the nomination, or supporting and fund raising for democrats, or all of his liberalism and anti-conservatism?
You said that "Romney said he has made mistakes", where, what mistakes?
Finally.. didn’t think I’d ever get to the end of the thread.. last time I was up this long (longer) was when we had a thread over 10k posts and were trying to dismantle a BC (2008, I think)..
Kevmo, I think you were there too...
Why, of course I am.
Really? If things continue as they are, I don't see how we avoid a currency collapse by 2014, 2015 at the latest. How is this irrational? I am not the only person expecting this.
Furthermore, if you are familiar with Cloward-Piven, you know this strategy has been systematically implemented since day one of Obama's administration. It is no accident that the Senate has not produced a budget for the past three years. That way, the CRs continue the *massive* spending levels from the 2009 budget. This is designed to culminate in an an eventual financial collapse. How is this irrational? Do you really believe we can continue spending at these levels without a collapse?
And when the currency does collapse, it will be with all the attendant nastiness -- hyperinflation, chaos, panic and public outcries for the the government to "do something."
And if you think that with Obama in the White House, this country emerge from that crisis as a constitutional republic, then you are the one who is being irrational. It is *the* crisis they have been working for, the one Cloward and Piven foresaw as necessary in order to impose on the U.S. what its citizens would never vote for at the ballot box. It is the crisis they will not let go to waste.
If the choice is binary between the two, I vote for the former. Don’t even try to understand chumly. You’re not smart enough.
***Your ‘binary choice’ is between a lying, baby-killing statist with a D by his name and a lying, baby-killing statist with an R by his name. Since you’re so much smarter than me, you’ll realize that whoever wins, conservatism loses... chumly.
... in ways you can not, and will never, even remotely comprehend.
Passive-aggression is like that, I'm lead to understand.
I wish you’d refrain from posting pictures of yourself on a family forum. You may be proud of what you look like, and your childish behavior abounds, but it’s quite beneath even average conservative standards.
Perdiction:
... nasty, insulting, offensive posts. And if some hapless fool happens to mention in passing that Pink Floyd sucks, which of course is true, then count on...
My iPhone doesn't force me to misuse words with clearly established definitions, no. Yours is different, of course.
demonizing people in battleground states for getting the Marxist out
Point to it.
If they were genuinely intelligent enough to teach (or even to simply train), they wouldn’t be CINOs in the first place. ;)
***I don’t think you understand the CINO mentality. They look down on conservatives. They think we’re stupid. They cannot understand why there are so many of us and why we hold so dearly to our ‘guns & religion’ or our principles. They are simply republicans. They look at this site as a parade that they want to get into the front of so they can lead it. They’re actually quite intelligent. But they do not hold to the same principles as conservatives, they think everything is negotiable, or as they like to think, pragmatic. They get pissed when we do not yield those principles which they hold so much contempt for.
