I am so utterly appalled at the level of stupidity reached on this site.
That religious fanaticism is being allowed to run rampant by a group of so-called “Christians” is beyond me.
To brand a religion as “occult” knowing full well that members of that faith are good, decent, supporters on this very website is beyond despicable. In reality, it calls into question everything I ever saw as special about the faith of Christianity.
I’m glad I’m a Jew. Who knows how they feel about us.
100%’ers have always shown up around election time and pissed and moaned because their one issue guy...or Ron Paul...wasn’t going to be the candidate.
But this year it’s like it’s on steroids...not to mention we’re seeing some very Liberal like bigotry and hate.
It’s disgusting.
I agree.
Always nice to hear from the Free Republic chapter of Reelect Obama. Good luck to you in November, but know that I will be on the other side.

I too, will be on the other side.
(correction, Presidential candidate has not delegated the VP candidate to the sidelines)
:D
Sorry.
Not so sure about that.
Do you realize how insane what you just said sounds?
We point and laugh when DU spouts that crap...yet we’re supposed to take you seriously when you spout the same insanity?
Very well said.
YOURE on the Free Republic chapter of Reelect Obama. See, Mitt Romney is Barack Obama after Michael Jackson surgery and a conversion from Islam to Mormonism.

LMAO! :)
It's about the money. It's always about the money.
Well, you’re in good company. I doubt there are 10% of the FReepers in agreement with me on this.
But I’ve been saying for six or seven years that I’d never vote for or support this man:

And it doesn’t mean a hill of beans to me who he picks as running mate. Fell for that one last time. Won’t make that mistake again.
If the GOP was serious about winning this election and repealing ObamaCare, they would not have pushed the man who made it possible. The GOP is just as serious about repeal as it is about overturning Roe v Wade. Remember, Romney is the one who believes Roe v Wade should be sustained and supported as settled law. And, of course, he still supports gay rights. And still brags about his biggest success story: RomneyCare.
I was as ABR as anyone here. Ask my friends and family. Over the last month or so, I have come to the realization that, if I want my country to continue to exist, I have to become ABO. I do not support Romney, but I do support my country. I know that Obama is determined to destroy it.
Being in Wisconsin, I understand that my vote, unlike one in CA or NY, may actually matter. It is a heavy responsibility and one I take seriously.
I will be voting for some serious R & R.
If that means I am not welcome here at FR, I guess that is the way it is.
God Bless the USA. May she grow and prosper

Nicely done ozaukeemom! Your response could have been my words and I can’t say it any better than you did, so change the state to Florida, and Jim, this is how I feel as well.
I can’t say I blame you. The exodus may be huge. It’s very, very sad.
Kind of makes one wonder.
So glad to see you posting and in good health, Jeff. I’ve enjoyed your posts over the years.
Do you have any evidence that the GOP-e *forced* Gingrich, Perry, Santorum, and Bachmann to all run against each other and to hang on to the very bitter end while Romney won state after state with a minority of the vote? If not, then face the fact that we conservatives -- by splitting our votes among so many candidates -- are responsible for Romney winning.
