I lurked for many years before signing up. I never post, but really enjoy the intellectual stimulation. I really like the following statement: "If you are not liberal when you are young, you have no heart, but if you are not conservative later in life you have no brain." I would like to edit the statement though to read as follows: "If your are not liberal before the age of 16, you have no heart, but if you are not conservative or libertarian after this age you have no brain."
