Libertarian rather than Republican A definite right winger on a spectrum that places fascism, communism and other totalitarian forms of governing humans on the left and anarchy on the right. [No, I am not an anarchist ... but I am a believer in very limited Government at least at the Federal level.]

I believe the U.S. Constitution is still alive [if only barely], but that it is not “a living and breathing document.” Although it may need to be interpreted, it has a fixed meaning.

I believe that every member of Congress should be required to read the Ninth and Tenth Amendments aloud ever day.
