I'm a Christian. In the 70's I read a book called "Rich Christians In An Age of Hunger" which sent me on a long road towards socialism (ie: the book is crap.) Eventually, of course, my faith in God weakened under my liberal beliefs.

September 11th brought me back to my knees. ...and eventually to the Republicans.

My dear, long-suffering spouse, has been a conservative for decades. He has managed to refrain from saying "I told you so." I don't know if its this (my political conversion) or the fact that we are now loving Jesus that puts that happy smile on his face!
