I really hate the way politics is done now in this country -- it's so slimy. It's like Illinois political "ethics" have spread like a virus throughout the country. I love my country and pray that our Constitution is always upheld. The people need to stand up and demand change or it simply will not happen. I have a bit of a libertarian streak that I can usually control. Teddy Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan are my heroes. I'm also a descendant of George Fox, the founder of the Quakers & John Smith, founder of the Mormons. I am evangelical Christian, was raised Catholic, & some of my ancestors were Jewish.
