12-year veteran of the U.S. Navy, stationed onboard USS Sunfish (SSN-649) and USS Baltimore (SSN-704). After I got out of the service, I went to work at the Turkey Point nuclear power plant, located just south of Miami. I currently hold an NRC Reactor Operator's license, after cramming 4 years of nuclear engineering into 18 months ;-)
