I've lurked here for more than two years and finally decided to register. I'm not very outspoken so I probably won't post often.

I'm from the Florida Panhandle, currently 56 years old and work for the US Navy. I am a Viet Nam era veteran (Army) and have served the Department of Defence for over twenty five years. Yes, I'm one of those sorry government employees that some freepers seem to enjoy slamming. My outfit contributes a valuable service to our Navy and to our country, and I'm proud to be rubbing shoulders with the best.

I am married to a wonderful woman, have two beautiful daughters, 21 and 22, and we've been adopted by a 15 lb. cat, Oscar.

I live three blocks from some of the world's most beautiful beaches, fifteen minutes from a system of saltwater bays and about an hour from one of the best river systems in the state. (IMO)

I love the outdoors, hunting, boating, camping and especially fishing, hence my screen name, Piscator.
