JUNE 14, 2004: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE PAUL JENKINS QUALIFIES FOR U.S. REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT 3 TEXAS BALLOT Believes The People Deserve Independent Leadership and True Federal Reform Plano, TX – Plano resident Paul Jenkins has qualified to be on the ballot as an independent this November for the US House of Representatives in District 3. In announcing the qualification, Mr. Jenkins said, “We need real leadership in Washington, not partisanship. I’m going to give the voters of the 3rd District a voice in Washington that represents our interests, not special interests, political parties or campaign slogans. We must focus on true federal spending and program reductions, increasing our security, improving our economy, reducing our taxes and reforming the federal government. A new dawn of independent leadership is required, and it starts in the 3rd District this November.” Mr. Jenkins has been a Plano resident for more than 10 years and owns and operates a consulting firm advising clients on technology and management issues. He graduated with a degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Jenkins is married with three children. The election for US Congress will be held November 2, 2004.
