Hi: The Northeast Smokers Alliance is a non-profit group trying to get the smokers and non-smokers in Massachusetts to wake up and smell the coffee, in this state the revenue department can,(and will.)raise the tax on all tobacco products with out a vote by the legislation or the voters. (Did you know that?) So this means that everytime the elected officals on Beacon Hill decide to overspend they will just get the revenue department to raise the tax on tobacco.
