I was born, raised and lived on Long Island until the fall of 2002. Since then, I have lived in Iowa working in technology. Culturally, I am an Italian-American New Yorker. I am one of those people that do well in a broad variety of things. What motivates me to blog is America’s slide towards collectivism, and my own personal belief that a libertarian philosophy is what created this country and is necessary for it to continue to be the preeminent capitalist democracy in the world. Our country is the greatest nation that has ever existed. It’s time we understand why and apply those principles going forward. Anything else is feckless, fraudulent, and weakens us as a nation.
