Why not launch into the big two right away:

Religion- I am a Christian. Doctrinally I tend to fall in the Pentacostal-Evangelical-Arminian spectrum. I'm especially interested in theology, apologetics, and church history. I believe that reasonable minds and sincere hearts can disagree doctrinally and still bless and support one another as believers.

Politics- I am a socially conservative, economically libertarian independent. I'm registered Republican so I can have an impact in the primaries, but I don't buy in to some Republican stances. I started out as a total libertarian in high school but my conversion to Christianity caused me to reexamine some of the social positions, however, I'm not 100% sold on making lots of laws to regulate morality either.
