I am a Trial Consultant with over 14 years experience providing winning trial strategies through the use of technology in the courtroom. I am an expert in the use of Sanction, the world’s leading legal presentation software. My background includes providing on-site trial support including document organization, graphics exhibit preparation, document conversion, and courtroom presentation. I have conducted/supervised the scanning of over 3 million pages of litigation imaging including TIFF, PDF and color; thousands of hours of videotape conversion to MPEG and video-to-text synchronization. I am a Summation Certified Trainer.

I have provided courtroom presentation support for trials ranging from 1 week to 3 months covering case subjects including patent infringement, contracts, water rights, anti-trust, RICO violations, criminal prosecution, and criminal defense. My specialty over the past 14 years has been the use of technology to win cases.

I am a proud veteran of the US Army 591st Military Police Company, Ft. Bliss, TX. I am married to a fellow freeper and have some of the country's most wonderful kids and grandkids.
