Attorney-at-Law (Retired)

Working on a book about how the Supreme Court has given the federal courts the power to levy taxes directly—”taxation without representation” in the body imposing the tax; the Supreme Court has also assumed for itself the de facto power to amend the Constitution. Think about Roe v. Wade. Before Roe was decided, there was no CONSTITUTIONAL right for a woman to have an abortion. After Roe v. Wade there was a constitutional right for a woman to have an abortion. Call that by whatever name you wish but it is, in fact, a constitutional amendment.

[Book will be ready to submit to a publisher by mid-August. Working title: “The 2d American Revolution—One Way or the Other”].
