I would love to someday move back to California, just need to find a job there. (though I doubt I could live as comfortably there as I do here)

TOP Dawg = Alpha Platoon Leader.
Members of Alpha company are known as "Alpha Dawgs."
I, as their leader, was known as Top Dawg, hence the name "EO1TopDawg".
