Hello Freepers!

I have been told that you will be removed from this site if you say something that certain groups don't like, so I will always be on my best behavior. I would like to come to this forum and share ideas with others that agree and disagree with my approach to politics.
I am a Conservative Independent. I am a woman with great opinions and I am a woman that enjoys the liberties of free speech. I am an American, a proud Scots-Irish American. My descendants have fought in every American war since the American Revolution. I am a God-fearing, Christian and I practice what I preach. I am a Texan, born and raised in the GREATEST state in the union. I am a female that appreciates the gift of freedom that I have been given.
I am also thankful that I am not forced into a specific role in society while realizing the damage done to western civilization by removing the family as the pinnacle and stronghold of such a prosperous society. I am frustrated that many women would rather tour the sexual revolution and forever attempt to penetrate the ever distant glass ceiling in corporate America while their children are raised by the television. I am angry that our representatives refuse to make it easier for women to chose the lifestyle of raising their children, by offering economic benefits to nuclear families.
I am desperately angry with the current state of affairs in our nation. Democrats, a once slightly noble party, have sunken to lows in ideology that threaten the very survival of freedom in this great nation. SOCIALISM is a failed policy and it will NOT succeed in a society that struggles to remain free. We must re-elect George Bush...without a conservative in power, this nation will undoubtedly suffer the same fate as Western Europe. Do you want America to become a feminized, socialized, drastically secular, prison? We must wake up the average citizen to the moral atrocities that are being committed within our government. It is only a matter of time.

However, the average American refuses to acknowledge the desperate state of affairs our nation has encountered. The average American drowns himself in complacency and apathy and focuses instead on the mundane and culturally popular. If they would only stop stuffing their faces with big mac's, worrying about what pretentious, uneducated "Hollywood" star is dating the other, who is winning, "American Idol", "Survivor", etc. and focus on the fact that the America of generations past is slowly, slipping away, we might have a chance to take back our conservative government.

Our forefathers started a revolution because their TEA was taxed...wake up AMERICA!
