There was a time when being a "Freeper" meant something. Topics of all kinds were researched and debated in grand fashion.

I have several DVDs containing GB's of old Freeper threads that are truly amazing to reread.

The site now is more like AM radio, old, stale, and never updating. It exists primarily as a money grift, ($324,000/yr, was $360,000), for its absentee owner.

FR is an online rest home, where aged members dawdle and engage in toothless debates, wasting away until they are all finally added to the "memorial" death wall.
