I am moving to Sarasota in Feb 07 and would like to meet a few fishermen. I've heard there are a few round about, but I have yet to meet one that is not a proguide. Don't get me wrong, i love guides (if they find fish).

But I occasionally like to go fishing with someone with which I dont have a commercial relationship.

You won't find me at the Middle Ground. I've never developed sea legs for such a journey. I tend to fish the back waters and esturaries.
