Christian Muniz filed bankruptcy and defaulted on school loans while living on state unemployment. Muniz is a Democratic candidate for state house in Pennsylvania.

Muniz' communications director Tim Scott also filed bankruptcy and defaulted on school loans, but he also went so far as to default on school taxes -- and he's a local boro councilman!
