I am not a man to be pigeonholed. I have always demanded that my job and my hobbies be inseparable, and, therefore, that I get paid to have a good time. I've never been good at doing just one thing, which is why I am a scientist, a fisherman and professional mariner, all wrapped up in one gigantic, rugged, masculine and great-smelling example of idyllic male virility. And humble, too.

I can park a 1,000-foot, 180,000-ton oil tanker in a 1,050 foot space, but I can't parallel park my pickup truck.
Also a proud owner of a semi-profitable commercial fishing vessel.

Other things I know a little about: the 2nd amendment, resource economics, admiralty law, the scams used by environmental NGO's for fun and profit, oil transshipment, marine science and the commercial fishing industry...
