My beliefs and preferences are approximately
--The GREAT I AM is our only hope.
--We live in a grand time.
--The Bible is True.
--Miracles still happen as a result of Holy Spirit's doings.
--Prayer makes a difference.
--People are challenging, exasperating and often interesting--sometimes loveable.
--Real robust, diverse, deep-rooted Creativity seems to be less common than many think.
--Complexity can be mysterious, confusing and sometimes an artful dance.
--Humor can be life-giving.
--Words can also be life-giving but also deadly.
--Travel can be enlightening--and these days exhausting and dangerous.
--Design is fun to do and to observe.
--Loving is a lost art and a lost focus. Christ obviously did it best and does it best.
--Peter Marshall is right--our country is in a world of hurt beginning with our morality and all the rest.
--FR seems to be a rare ray of hope in our increasingly lawless world.
I love Jesus and others; am single, male; usually caring; sometimes bright; often fiestier than wise; try to apply the Golden Rule as much as at all lies within me. Older than I'd prefer to be by a couple of decades (older than 40, IOW) though I am glad I won't be going back to repeat any 'courses.' Have had an interesting life as an organizational consultant.Current hobbies are beading, photography, writing, a dabbling in some graphic arts and monitoring social, geopolitical, spiritual, philosophical trends and forces--especially in view of Biblical stuff.
