Thoughts Online Magazine notes on everything I learned basic economics, and I understand tax law, as well as corporate and real estate law.

I wrote books on mergers and acquisitions, and make a living by thinking and referring everything else to those who execute it.

If you're interested in networking, I'm the guy to talk to. I'm a lawyer in recovery, currently involved in two projects:

1. I help people with IRAs and other pension plans who want a better return than they have had in stocks to have the security of real estate.

2. I find, and sell, "investor houses" -- houses that with some repair would be ideal to rent, and provide an equity cushion in the current market.

One is secure, the other is speculative. But then, most people are one or the other, too.
