I bought my wife a crepe pan years ago, and part of the reason I paid more for the Williams-Sonoma pan was that it was marked “Made in France”, Not Red China.
Surprisingly, the French do make some of the best cookware on earth.
Nothing else compares to Le Creuset and Staub.
There are plenty of cheap Chinese knock offs of both… And they are horrible.
