  • Biden, with a Straight Face, Says ‘No One Is above the Law’ After Trump Guilty Verdict

    Trump is under the law.
That’s how I see it. I see a Justice system that’s now a joke, with a Judge who fragrantly violates NY State laws on political activity, yet prevents a defendant from calling witnesses at a felony trial. I already believe the ‘civil’ system to be a disaster. It’s like ole deep south when the Democrats wouldn’t give black people fair trials.

If you live in this country and your celebrating this ‘conviction’, your NOT an American. You may have citizenship, but you have no clue to what people fought and died to create and maintain. You have divided this nation to a point that you can’t see that a functional and fair judicial system in the US was paramount to the survival of the free world.

Darkness is coming, not just here but everywhere. The free world depends upon the US, and this nation can’t stand now. We are Fascist Nation, not a Republic, and it will end badly and quickly. It would have been far better to hang the seditious democrats that watch the innocents that are going to suffer now.

Doesn’t matter if you like, or don’t like, support or don’t support Donald Trump. Yesterday was a very bad day for Americans, the Constitution, and a prosperous future. It was yet another confirmation of the Fascism that has been imposed. When the next Democrat tells you that they are happy of about the conviction, remember to ask “Do you fear the government or does the government fear you?”. When they respond that the ‘fear the government’ let that process with them for a bit....

    Look.

There is so much riding on finding Trump guilty here. There are government contracts, re-directed money, government scams, intelligence power and money, drug money, Employed government workers with salaries, welfare money, state department money.... and if there was really justice in this nation people would literally ‘swing’ for what they have already done to Trump. That’s why the Judge is politically active, why they waited to campaign season, why the piggybacked charges on outdated misdemeanors, and why they didn’t get a change of venue, why the denied Trump 1st Amendment rights, denied him the ability to call witnesses to his defense, and refused to let his experts speak on the stand.

Politics will always be dirty....and then there is this. This isn’t ‘dirty’ this is just a farce of a legal system and no different than any third world nation. We, as tax payers, are paying greatly in taxes for a third world judicial system that’s contaminated by politically active judges.

    Tariffs.

    That’s the answer. Everybody feels
It when they purchase non-American anything.

Good for the economy, good for jobs, good for masses to understand what’s going on with government and spending, good for US industries.

Flat tax on everybody above poverty, the rest of government funding must be Tarrifs.

Trump can’t get a fair hearing or judge in NYC. The should have moved the venue. When the judge wouldn’t allow expert testimony to defend Trump, and admitted that even if the original charge broke no laws, you could see it was a ‘process’ setup with a rigged judge and jury. When you can do that to a former POTUS, everyone knows they are next. I am certain that denial of his Constitutional rights was the point that the Government and the Democrats were trying to make. That’s the ‘Democracy’ that they are talking about.

Most likely Conviction, moderate chance of ‘hung’ jury.

I don’t think the comments of the HAMAS or PLO leaders have really sunk in. You see, the British donated that territory for both a Palestinian and a Jewish state in 1948. The bigoted Arabs, who had attacked the Jews many times over the last 400 years, saw it as an opportunity to take the Jews and the Jewish State out. They have tried many times since, and have lost territory and autonomy ever since. The above FACTS are really not disputed by either side. The Arabs believe that the Jews don’t belong there, and they have a right to remove them, and they believe Jews and a Jewish nation have no right to exist.

When you grasp these defining principles, the conflict is much easier to understand. The Arab bigots believe “next time we will get them” and “Palestine will be free from the river to the sea”. They intend never to live along side of the Jews, so there will never be peace. That is why the conflict only way to end is genocide. The Arabs have also come to this conclusion, and the words of leaders and media reflect this belief.

Palestine will eventually be free from the river to the sea. Probably free of Arabs.

DeNiro was against Trump prior to him taking office. Many speculated that it was Trump’s tough stance against Pedophilia, and DeNiro’s ‘dislike’ of that. DeNiro was clearly an Obama Fanatic, and as we know Obama has never really left the White House.

DeNiro is afraid of a government, under Trump’s direction, doing what Obama has done, only with DeNiro on the receiving end. We call that ‘PayBack’ or ‘Karma’, and when your afraid of that, you probably did the wrong thing in the first place.

The first amendment doesn’t just apply to citizens.

Funny thing about liberals and Democrats. They are all about the Constitution and applying the liberties and Amendments guaranteed to citizens to everyone and themselves.

Despite this ‘love’ of the Constitution, they believe that people like Donald Trump and the Citizens who support him, are below the Constitution. Look how they denied him a fair trial in NYC (Judge is a political donor -illegal in NYS, the Jury is from NYC which is completely biased, the prosecution didn’t have to cite what they were trying him for in the first place, and Finally, they are trying to convict him of a coverup of a non-crime.....). To be more specific look how the J6’ers were denied bail, quick hearings, and denied legal help for so long, as well as requested potential Brady evidence. Funny how they want my ‘respect’ of their Constitutional rights and those of ‘non-citizens’ but refused to give them to other Citizens.

The UN declared war on Israel with the proxy group HAMAS. The UNRWA played a central role in that attack. The UN had its facilities used to assist HAMAS in the attack and the attempt to avoid the IDF after. IThe UN, and all of its subsidiaries needs to answer for that, IMHO.

This doesn’t seem to make sense.

Why would Putin want to arrest the people conducting the war that all the pro-Russian people are saying he is winning here on Free Republic?

The Ukraine and Russia conflict is unique in two circumstances: 1) The importance of Drones in combat. 2) The importance of ‘Bots’ and Propaganda on the internet.

    Russian shell production?

I am calling horse hockey on this. You don’t go to North Korea and China and beg for artillery shells if your production is that great. Production, does not mean ‘import or re-import’ of shells.

PS, the US has spend a great amount of money to bring new shell
Production on line, with three new plants. Historically, artillery is something the US always seems to figure out.

  • Trump’s sham ‘hush money’ case is a trial that has exposed New York’s corrupt justice system

“They will convict him, of that I have no doubt whatsoever and it’s going to stun a lot of people. I grew up in NYC and had a lot of experience with NYCs brand of “justice” which is why I always said living in NYC is like living in North Korea but with food. Justice is corrupt as hell as are elections.”

Everyone from NYC says the same thing. I believe you. When I found out the “judge” was personally involved in politics outside of his campaigns, that he was a Biden donor, and his daughter was making millions from politics, it became more obvious. Sadly, the “Judge” in my opinion, has broken more NY statutes than Trump (not allowed to be politically active outside of his own campaigns).

Let’s face it, either someone gets in and cleans up the system, or it will absolutely progress on to open conflict on US soil. Trump must absolutely take control if he re-enters office, prosecute these people for federal election interference and sedition. Better to have some people hang publicly soon, rather than have a domestic conflict. Then at least innocent people have a chance, and aren’t trapped in a war zone.

This stunned me so I researched it, was shocked Trump said this.

He facilitated drug dealing by setting up the dark web.
He never committed murder, even though they say he hired for murder. He never actually had a trial for said “attempting to hire for murder”
He was denied due process, in my opinion, because they had no cause to investigate him. His sentence looks extreme.

After researching it, Trump is probably correct.

The UN, UNRWA, and it’s partner HAMAS declared war on Israel.
Now they are ordering Israel to end the war that they started.

It’s a very strange world we live in. Why did the UN declare war on Israel, and why after what the UN did on Oct. 7th should any nation listen to the UN?

“JFK would say the intel agencies were corrupt long before 0bama.”

He found out what it was like to go against Dulles and the CIA, and to cross LBJ. They may have always had some corruption, and Truman said that the “Formation of the CIA was my biggest mistake”. However, the truly political aspects over trivial political stuff is a new low for the intelligence agencies.

The only way, IMHO, to fix it now is to utilize drastic measures. Marshall Law, and military investigations of members of the intelligence community (past and present) with confiscation of assets and public hanging. I know, it’s never going to happen. What will happen is that the rot will end up with a civil war, or WWIII, and millions to billions (many innocent) will die because we don’t have the fortitude to bring the guilty to justice. For the future dead innocents, it’s blood on Obama’s hands.

Former FBI Director James Comey was on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” Tuesday and warned that if James Comey had a second term (Trump, if given a second term), would “use the power of the DOJ and the FBI to target his enemies again.”

    There, I fixed it.
