Personally, it would be interesting to have a case that forces what is not being said out into the open: is it the policy of the United States that children belong to their parents, or are they property of the State?
Because if the judges rule the latter, it is confirmation we are now Cuba.

Time to revisit the case of Pierce v. Society of Sisters where it was plainly stated that “children are not the mere property of the state.”
