Israel should agree to the deal with one condition. All the hostages are released. That’s it. Put it back on Hamas, meanwhile keep up the targeted destruction of Hamas.

I would go one step further. Since northern Gaza is pretty much emptied out, Israel should take it back and start rebuilding it as a tourist destination.

The “minor” wording change was that when Israel demanded the release of the 134 hostages, Hamas needed to insert the word “dead” in front of the 134 hostages and then agreed.
