She doesn’t testify- guaranteed to be removed from office. This committee has the power, granted and signed by the Governor of Georgia to do just that. Stupid bubble a@@ thinks she can out “cool” the force of law. She is a crook- she will be removed. Done. Cooked. And the judge too- if he doesn’t get his crap together (ball less as he appears to be in order to not have black riders burn his home— they are around these ganger unanswerable types. They gonna be surprised also).

I am of two minds on the Judges behavior.

On one hand, he could be afraid of Willis and may be reluctant to go against her.

On the other hand, he worked for Willis and knows her pretty well. I've felt he has a pretty good idea of how Fani and Wade are going act and he figures the best way to work the problem is to let Fani and Wade dig their own graves

Seems to be working out that way

It is the safe route. But the real power actors are quietly working to get her GONE and the case tossed on it’s own lack of any merit. Doing so in the least expensive way possible, because people who pled out— may come back for legal fees for false charging and false solicitation of plea. Millions in fact the State is on the hook. Powell being first up to sue for false case.

Refusing to testify should be grounds for throwing out all the charges she’s pressing with prejudice. Either she’s following the law or she isn’t, and if she isn’t, then everything she’s presently pursuing can be presumed to also be violating the law.

Yeah, Willis and Wade are Nifong on steroids.

I strongly suspect that close scrutiny of Willis and Wade is going to uncover a lot of misconduct and criminal conduct, including a lot of money being given to them by outside interests to go after Trump. Working with untraceable cash is not just a Black thing , it's a criminal thing.

Well the first obvious question is was she just asked to appear or was she subpoenaed to testify. Without knowing that then it is kind of hard to comment.

You have it— that is where this is headed. Criminal law that knows no color line. Other black and white criminals have been so dealt with. This posturing like they are above it all carries a distinct odor and sticky slime all to familiar to decent GA citizens black and white. It cannot be allowed to stand in judgement of others. The case is over with because of all the proven collusion and coordination with national machine politics.

Do you have a sense of whether any of the Blacks she “serves” have any disgust that she took and misused money intended to help keep kids out of gangs?

This broad is one good reason for the rest of the world to say “no” to efforts that otherwise might be a good investment in the future of those kids.

Don’t any of “her people” see that she is selling them down the river for her own gain?

The exact same thing occurred to me.
