Seems to me that if district courts are the place to try this, then a DA needs to charge Barak Hussein Obama for the U.S. government's killings of U.S. citizens Anwar Al-Aulaqi, Samir Khan, and 16-year-old Abdulrahman Al-Aulaqi by drone in Yemen far from a conflict zone and without due process of law.
