BREAKING: Senate Passes $95.3 Billion Aid to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan
Gateway Pundit ^ | 4-23-24 | Jim Hᴏft

The Senate has approved a massive $95 billion emergency foreign aid package with no U.S. border security.

A group of RINOs joined Democrats to support the bill. The measure passed by a vote of 79 to 18.

The passing of the bill saw 48 Democrats joined by 31 Republicans in favor, with the majority of the RINOs supporting the foreign aid efforts. However, 15 Republicans broke ranks to vote against the package, joining three Democrats in opposition.

The finalized bill encompasses extensive provisions:

$47.7 billion through the Defense Department to support Ukraine’s military with training, equipment, weapons, and logistical aid. $13.4 billion to restock U.S. military equipment sent to Ukraine. $20.5 billion for U.S. Armed Forces support in Europe. $9.5 billion in economic aid to Ukraine as a forgivable loan. Added to this is 15 billion** in military aid designated for Israel and **9 billion in humanitarian assistance for Gaza and other conflict zones, a point of contention for conservative Republicans concerned about the funds being intercepted by Hamas. The bill also allots $8 billion to counter Chinese aggression in the Indo-Pacific and introduces legislation that could lead to a forced divestment or potential ban of TikTok in the United States. “Today the Senate sends a unified message to the entire world. America will always defend democracy in its hour of need. We tell our allies we will stand with you. We tell our adversaries don’t mess with us,” Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer declared on the Senate floor per NBC.

“If we want the world to remain a safe place for freedom, for democratic principles, and for our future prosperity, then America must lead the way. And with this bill, the Senate declares that American leadership will not waver, not falter, not fail.”

Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said U.S. “adversaries want America to decide that reinforcing allies and partners is not in our interest and that investing in strategic competition is not worth it. They want us to take hard-earned credibility and light it on fire.”

“But today, the Senate responded by reaffirming a commitment to rebuild and modernize our military, restore our credibility, and give the current commander in chief, as well as the next, more tools to secure our interests,” he continued.

This vote comes after the globalist sycophants, led by globalist Speaker Mike Johnson, passed three separate foreign-aid bills that will provide funding to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan, transferring a total of $95 billion from the U.S. Treasury directly to foreign governments. The massive foreign-aid package now heads to Joe Biden, where it will be rubber-stamped and signed.

“I will sign this into law immediately to send a message to the world,” said Joe Biden in a statement urging Democrats in the House and the Democrat-controlled Senate to pass the un-American legislation.

Earlier, 29 Senate Republicans voted to advance the $95 Billion Foreign aid bill:

Senator Boozman (AR) Senator Britt (AL) Senator Capito (WV) Senator Cassidy (LA) Senator Collins (ME) Senator Cornyn (TX) Senator Cotton (AR) Senator Cramer (ND) Senator Crapo (ID) Senator Ernst (IA) Senator Fischer (NE) Senator Graham (SC) Senator Grassley (IA) Senator Hoeven (ND) Senator Hyde-Smith (MS) Senator Kennedy (LA) Senator Lankford (OK) Senator McConnell (KY) Senator Moran (KS) Senator Mullin (OK) Senator Murkowksi (AK) Senator Ricketts (NE) Senator Risch (ID) Senator Romney (UT) Senator Rounds (SD) Senator Sullivan (AK) Senator Thune (SD) Senator Tillis (NC)

This is a developing story. Please check back for more updates.

It’s not so easy for the US to flood the earth with oil. The US is a relatively high-cost producer. Cheap oil will be disastrous to US producers.

Current restrictions on production, the foolish policy of the current administration, increase US production costs, but to only a slight degree.

The key players with low production costs/or low investment requirements, are the Saudis, still.

It’s funny not really how similar the stuff is to the arms race bankrupting the USSR.

What you don't grasp is we and NATO countries are now the equivalent of the old Soviet Union and the ones on the verge of an economic meltdown because of our massive debt.

And to this day my assets are in the US, and my income derive from US sources.

From US defense industry stock, no doubt!

In addition to being the most intelligent person in the Known Universe, you have a Way Back Machine as did Mr. Peabody, into which you can jump and see my ancestors herding sheep on a European moor.

I don’t know if you’re trying to be funny, but my gosh, you certainly are a goofball.

The good news is that Cornyn's getting primaried in 2026.

I’ll do my part to help make that happen.

Wonderful news!

The commies and Neo-soviets will start fearing America again.
Chamberlainism and Hanoi-Jane principles in America died today. America is becoming Great Again, thank’s to Trump! He is the one who let Johnson support Ukraine the other day. It all was planned by Trump and Johnson the 12th of April at Mar-a-Lago.

Again, as I have said before, Tump did indeed reverse Obama’s anti-weapons-to-Ukraine policies. Trump initiated the whole process of sending large quantities of high-tech US weapons to Ukraine (when he was President).

I happen to support Trump’s foreign policies. Do you... ?

Former President Trump reiterated his support for Mike Johnson as the House speaker continues to face a threat to his gavel from GOP hardliners.

I am highly diversified!
I just do real estate and mutual funds.
No doubt some of their holdings include defense companies, sometimes.

If you have a public or private pension, an IRA or a 401K you are also very likely to be a “merchant of death” to some degree.

Japan spends 25% of their budget on interest.

Despite the debt, we’re still borrowing at 4.5% with no reasonable successor to the dollar even in existence.

The future is spending freezes, tax hikes and inflation.

It is not unusual for despotic tyrants to raid the treasury on their way out the door.

Doomsday models are hardly if ever correct. They are purposely designed to evoke an emotive response often devoid of reality. Latching one’s hopes to a doomsday prophecy is not going to work out.

I do happen to have a high-tech perspective upgrade in my brain. Wasn’t cheap, but its been very useful.

So, where are your ancestors from? Maybe we can ID the actual moor, and maybe the sheep.

Mine BTW were up in the Guipuzcoan hills.

>>>>Yup.
And nothing for our border.
But it’s super important™®© to the Democrats to secure someone else’s borders.<<<<

According to Rep. Gerald Connolly (D-Va.), the world has changed recently and we now share a border with Ukraine.

Connolly: “Some say ‘well, we have to deal with our border first,’ The Ukrainian-Russian border is our border! It’s the border between depraved autocracy and freedom loving people seeking our democratic way of life.”

You can watch the words coming out of this asshat’s mouth right here: https://americanmilitarynews.com/2024/04/video-democrat-congressman-calls-ukraine-border-our-border/

Back in the day the US border ran along the Fulda gap. Or that at least was what Soviet propaganda said.

Oh, good grief. Is the Superior Filipino bloviating about himself again? He’s more fascinated with himself than a selfie-taking, Tok-Tik pontificating Gen Z chick is with herself as she spews narcissistic vapidity from the inside of her vehicle.

We’ve been through this already.

They are significantly hindering production and distribution despite hitting national highs. US is a relatively high cost producer in part because of this administration.

On Jan 28th, 2021-Biden released his energy EO-resulting in prices going higher on air before anything substantive even took place.

The truth being in the middle-might in and of itself be enough.

There are a lot of differences vs the Soviet Union.
One is that the old Soviets were burdened with enormous military spending. That’s definitely not the current Euro-American problem.

"Is the Superior Filipino bloviating about himself again? " I am, of course. People seem very interested. I play to my fans ( -thank you, thank you). Now, if you want to make yourself more - human - and less of a monomaniac, tell us more about you.

It all started in a 5,000 watt radio station in Fresno California, a 65 dollar paycheck and a crazy dream.

Oh wait…that’s not about me; that’s Ted Baxter, news anchor on WJM.

Nevermind.
